An Ezie Ogo is the traditional head and ruler of an individual village in the Ohafia clan of Abia State, Nigeria. Because Ohafia is a federation of 26 independent villages rather than a single centralized monarchy, each village operates under its own Ezie Ogo. Amaekpu has enjoyed the rulership of many past and the present Ezie Ogo
