IMPACTS FROM THE AGE GRADE SYSTEM
Amaekpu Ohafia, one of the largest villages in Ohafia, was founded by NNA OFAL! AGWU. It is fast emerging as an urban centre and acquiring the status of a cosmopolitan city, which mainly is because of the positive impact of the age grades system over the years in providing modern infrastructures and amenities.
The age grade system is the livewire of Amaekpu and indeed the entire Ohafia community.
